This is what most of us can not even do today because it is either we claim to be too busy with our social life or we are uptight with business. Anyway this 48 year old, Chen Xingyin was electrocuted at just seven years old. Since then, he has had to learn how to cook, do household chores, look after livestock and cultivate two hectares of farmland using nothing but his feet.When his 91 year old mother became paralysed and confined to a bed, he refused to give up.
Now he is the only one who runs his smallholding of farmland and raises a flock of 24 sheep, two buffalos and four hens. Surprisingly, the disabled man does not complain, and tries to do as many things himself as possible. Sometimes he even finds the strength and time to help his neighbours.
Chen, who feeds his mother with his mouth and toes, said,
"I can’t leave my mother at home alone, especially not in her old age. I may not have hands, but I have a pair of good feet."See more photos of Chen's inspirational story below:
